Smiles are on the increase. . . real, bonafide, intentional smiles! She especially smiles at Jonah and at Mommy. The others are a little jealous, but they are all pretty overwhelming, even for me. I told them if they can contain their energy, and speak quietly and sweetly, and move calmly, she would smile more at them, too!Now we are 10! John Peter, Ellie, Daniel, Jonah, Micah, Isaac, Zeke, Stephanie, Jonah, and Mary. The children had a wonderful time together, and Ellie is especially thrilled that the boy to girl ratio is beginning to turn in her favor with the last two additions to our families.
Julia and I with the baby girls at Grant's Farm:
Mary in a pensive moment:
My little sleeper could sleep through anything.
Deja Vu: Vicki, Michele, Shannon and Julia at the Science Center. . . could it really be 2009? It could have been 2004 or 2005, except for the very important details that Karen wasn't there and some of the children with us were only a sparkle in God's eye back then. It was fun to have the Quillens and Connors back for a visit. Just like old times! We missed you, Karen!
